They say size doesn’t matter, but when it comes to cabinetry I think I can argue differently. Many of us are not fortunate enough to have huge closets in our homes, so we need to make our limited storage space as functional and efficient as possible. Do you have small closets in your house? Even if you are lucky enough to have a small space on one level in your master bedroom, are the closets in the other rooms leaving something to be desired? Or maybe they are a good size but totally unusable?

Often the closets in children’s rooms are a waste of space. Because they usually don’t have a lot of clothes to hang on. In fact, we even turned the boys’ shared closets into a desk instead of a closet because they had so little to hang. But now that we have them in their own bedrooms. I want to take their closets back and turn them into the most functional and organized space of their bedrooms. I really want their rooms to be fun, organized and cheerful little spaces that represent them but not be overcrowded. Leaving plenty of room for things like reading, playing Lego, doing puzzles, playing tech decks, and playing football. mini football or basketball. Bring the closet to work and use the bedroom space for life. Sounds fair, doesn’t it?
