Landscape architecture is an unknown or poorly understood profession as a gardener. Its value to society is greater than many can imagine and should be celebrated by the people of every city.
The question of what landscape architecture gives rise to different opinions about what it is and what it is not. The profession is so vast and extensive that it has enough scope and breadth to take into account different points of view and to remember that we have a wide range of expertise, skills, and talents.
Landscape architecture is the study and practice of designing environments (exterior and interior) at different scales, which include elements of art, environment, architecture, engineering, and sociology.
Landscape architects often go beyond design and create frameworks and guidelines for the design of places and governments. There are many landscape architects of the past, present (and future) who have designed eternal landscapes that will stand. People landscape architects should be proud because only a few professions can claim to create places that influence. Landscape architecture is a formal process of designing that creates new landscapes to meet the desires of those affected. The aim of such planning projects is to radically redesign damaged landscapes.
In general, landscape architecture covers a wide range, which may be best understood by the mantra of the profession. This requires a multidisciplinary approach that includes environmental science and sometimes leads to extraordinary results such as restoring endangered wetlands, securing government and other buildings, and other buildings, eliminating toxins from rainwater. These are not cakes in the sky. This is what landscape architects are currently designing.
